Quality Control

We really very focus on quality control about our products. 

For the hand pump and compressor products.

1. We will draw the design drawings such with CAD or Master CAM system towards every accessories and keep it in the CNC machine system.

2. After every accessories parts are finished in the production line. we will use the projector to test every parts size to ensure in the right size before the machine installation.  

3. We use the best design when installation. To optimize the wireline or other connectors layout etc

4. After the machine is finished production. we will test the machine with the air tank to make sure the hand pump and compressor can rise the air normally.

For other products.  Like the air tank, we will do every in detail inspecation when in the workshop production line. and do test very strictly. 

To sum up :  Check the carefully about the raw material, focus on every detail when in production and installtion, do test before shipping.
